Reporting a Claim

 
YOUR DUTIES AFTER A LOSS

  1. Protect the property from further damage and save any damaged parts and materials.
  2. Give prompt notice to the insurance company or agency.
  3. Call the police if a law has been broken.
  4. Make a list of all damaged personal property, including costs.
  5. Obtain proof of loss form from your insurance company and submit within 91 days of the request.

 
To expedite claims service, most of our insurers offer 24 hour toll-free claims reporting. If your insurer is not on the following list you may E-mail, or print and fax (713-622-1861) the notice provided in this part of the program. Of course you can always call us at (713)622-1494, or our After-hours Emergency Number at (866)298-8293.
